Q. What clothes should I wear?
A. Loose clothing that you are comfortable in such as T-shirt and track pants.
Q. Where do you carry out your courses?
A. For schools, normally on-site, for businesses it may be on-site if you have the facility or at a nearby sports centre. For individuals, I'm flexible, contact me.
Q. Do I need to be physically fit?
A. The self defence courses don't involve great physical activity and can easily be carried out by most people, but there are some basic warm up execises so if you have a medical condiditons that concerns you, speak to your doctor first. Taekwon-do requires more physical fitness but this is built up gradually.
Q. Do you make provisions for disabled people?
A. Yes, I can design a course specially to suit a particular person/ group of people or adapt the regular course content to disabled individuals, just let me know the details in advance.
