My name is Helen Bennett, I am a 4th Dan Black Belt and International Instructor in the martial Art of TaeKwon-Do. I have studied several other Martial Arts and forms of self defence and have been involved with martial Arts since 1986. My status as a CRB checked Instructor can be verified via the UKTA. www.ukta.com.

Obviously it's important to get an instructor who knows their stuff, however it is also important that an instructor is able to teach effectively. I've been instructing Martial Arts to adults, and children from the age of 6, since 1991. I've taken students through to Black Belt, and on the sporting side of TaeKwon-Do, I've trained British medalists.
   

I am also a qualified secondary school teacher, with many years teaching experience in secondary schools, in Wirral and Liverpool. My teacher status can be checked via the GTC (General Teaching Council).
